摘要
采用450℃热分解法制备了Ru-Zr二元涂层钛阳极材料。通过SEM、XRD和电化学测试研究了涂层的相结构、表面形貌、催化活性、析气选择性及强化寿命。结果表明,涂层由四方相ZrO2和金红石相RuO2组成,RuO2可稳定四方相ZrO2。添加Zr可以提高电极的电化学性能。当Zr含量为60%时涂层表面光滑,无RuO2颗粒析出,裂纹分布均匀,具有最好的电催化活性、析气选择性及最大的氧化电流和强化寿命。
Abstract
Ru-Zr binary oxides on Ti anode were prepared by thermal decomposition method at 45 ℃. The phase structure, surface morphology, electrocatalytic activity, selectivity and accelerated life of the electrode coatings were studied by XRD, SEM and electrochemical test. The results show that the coating is composed of rutile phase RuO2 and tetragonal phase ZrO2. Tetragonal phase ZrO2 can be stabilized by RuO2. The eleetrocatalytic properties can be improved with increase of Zr content. When Zr content is 60% , the surface of Ti/RuxZr1-xO2 electrode coating is smooth, and no RuOzparticles precipitates, distribution of cracks is homogeneous. These electrodes possess the best electrocatalytic activities and best selectivy, highest oxidation current and longest accelerated life.
