基于多臂式开口织机中阅读臂零件的失效分析

通过化学成分、断口形貌、显微组织、断口硬度等对电子多臂开口装置中阅读臂的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,阅读臂断裂的主要原因为材料本身si含量过高及内部所存在的夹杂物,导致阅读臂微裂纹和淬火裂纹的的产生,引发工况下阅读臂脆性断裂;同时阅读臂淬硬区过大,整体韧性不足也是阅读臂断裂失效的原因之一。
Failure analysis of critical part-reading arm in electronic dobby shedding device
Rupturing reasons of the reading arm in electronic dobby shedding device were analyzed by chemical composition, fracture morphology, microstructure,fracture hardness tests. The results show that the main reason is that high Si content and slag inclusion in reading arm that lead to microcrack and hardening flaw. So the reading arm fractures brittlely in the work condition at last. At the same time quenched zone of the reading arm is too big, the poor toughness is also one of the reason of the reading arm for rupturing.
