高硬度镀锡板的时效敏感性

摘要
通过显微组织观察及力学性能测试研究了经不同温度卷取后T-4CA高硬度镀锡板不同状态下的组织和力学行为.结果表明,镀锡板的时效性不仅和固溶间隙原子有关,还和镀锡基板中的渗碳体析出相的分布以及铁索体晶粒尺寸有密切关系.低温卷取时,冷轧退火时铁素体晶粒尺寸细小且渗碳体析出相呈细小的点链状分布,这样的组织和析出相分布使得软熔后的镀锡板在拉伸变形过程中屈服点延伸率较大;高温卷取时,冷轧退火板无论是铁素体基体还是渗碳体析出相都较粗大,使镀锡板在软熔后的拉伸变形过程屈服点延伸率大幅降低,抗时效性也显著提高.此外,通过对比分析镀锡板在退火、平整和镀锡后的屈服强度变化,发现镀锡后屈服强度的提高不仅与Cottrell气团钉扎位错有关,还与位错之间的交互作用有关.
Abstract
Microstructure and mechanical properties of the T-4CA high hardness tin-plate coiled at different temperatures were studied by means of microstructure observation and mechanical properties test.The results indicate that the aging property is not only related the amount of solute C/N atoms,but also with the ferrite grain size and Fe3C precipitation.When coiling temperature is lower,the ferrite grain size in cold-rolled and annealed T-4CA plate is finer,and Fe3C precipitates dispersively distributed within ferrite grain matrix,which leads to a wider percentage yield point extension of tin-plate.Under higher coiling temperature,the ferrite grains and Fe3C precipitates coarsen resulting in a narrower percentage yield point extension of tin-plate.In addition,it is found that the fact of the yield strength of the tin-plate steel increases after reflow treatment can be attributed to not only Cottrell atmosphere,but also to the interaction between dislocation during tensile deformation process.
