Innovative Pathways for New Quality Productive Forces Driving the Development of a Modern Cultural Industry System
In the process of Chinese-style modernization,the development of a robust modern cultural industry system requires the driving force of new quality productive forces.In the digital and AI era,the development of this system is collectively driven by new guiding concepts,new factor inputs,new structural supports,new aggregating carriers,new safeguarding mechanisms,and new nurturing ecosystems.However,several issues constrain the development of China's modern cultural industry system,including an irrational industry structure,imbalances between cultural supply and demand,uncoordinated regional development,and a misaligned talent structure within the cultural industry.To address these challenges,this paper proposes six key areas of focus:cultivating leading enterprises in the industry chain,strengthening the empowerment of digital technologies,enhancing intelligent platform construction,optimizing regional division of labor,deepening institutional reforms,and intensifying efforts in talent attraction and development.Through these efforts,the aim is to construct a modern cultural industry system characterized by a rational structure,prominent advantages,high technologies,vibrant creativity,and greater competitiveness.
