智能穿戴设备在心房颤动检测中的应用价值

目的 评估智能穿戴设备识别心房颤动(简称房颤)的敏感性、特异性和准确性。方法 选取行 24h动态心电图监测的患者 410 例,同期佩戴智能穿戴设备。比较两种检查方法下房颤检出率的一致性,并评估智能穿戴设备识别房颤的敏感性、特异性及准确性。结果 智能穿戴设备检测房颤的敏感性为99。31%、特异性为81。48%,准确性为95。41%,K值为0。83,与动态心电图在房颤检出率方面具有较强的一致性。结论 智能穿戴设备使用方便,患者依从性高,对房颤的自动识别准确性较高,更利于推动房颤筛查的家庭化、日常化。
Application value of smart wearable devices in detection of atrial fibrillation
Objective To evaluate the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of smart wearable devices in identifying atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods We selected 410 patients who had undergone 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiography(AECG)monitoring;they wore smart wearable devices during the same period.A comparison was made between the consistency of the two examination methods for detecting AF;the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of smart wearable devices were assessed.Results With a sensitivity of 99.31%,specificity of 81.48%,accuracy rate of 95.41%,and a Kappa value of 0.83,smart wearable devices showed a relatively strong consistency with AECG monitoring in the detection rate of AF.Conclusion Smart wearable devices are convenient to use with high compliance of patients.They are highly accurate in automatically detecting AF,which facilitates promoting daily and family-based AF screening.
