摘要
SORBS2 是SORBS接头蛋白家族的成员之一,在心脏中高度表达.SORBS2 参与细胞骨架的形成、细胞黏附和信号转导等生理过程.近年来,越来越多的研究表明,SORBS2 对心血管疾病的发生发展具有重要的调控作用.本文在总结SORBS2 蛋白结构与定位的基础上,综述SORBS2 在左室致密化不全性心肌病、脓毒症心肌病等心肌病发生发展中的作用及机制,以期为相关心肌病的预防和治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
SORBS2 is a member of the SORBS adaptor protein family,and is highly expressed in the heart.SORBS2 is involved in the physiological processes such as cytoskeleton formation,cell adhesion and signal transduction.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that SORBS2 plays an important role in regulating the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.Based on summarizing the protein structure and location of SORBS2,this paper reviews the role and mechanism of SORBS2 in the occurrence and development of myocardiopathies including left ventricular non-compaction cardiomyopathy and septic cardiomyopathy,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of related myocardiopathies.
