摘要
刺蒺藜含有丰富的黄酮类化合物.刺蒺藜黄酮具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、保护心脑血管和神经中枢等药理活性.综述刺蒺藜黄酮的提取方法及药理活性,为野生刺蒺藜资源在食品、药品、精细化工品等领域的综合利用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Tribulus terrestris is rich flavonoids and have a variety of pharmacological activities,such as anti-inflammatory activity,antibacterial activity and antioxidant activity.It is also effective in protecting the heart and cerebral vessels and protecting nerve centers.The extraction methods and pharmacological activities of flavonoids from Tribulus terrestris were reviewed in this article,which provides theoretical reference for the comprehensive utilization of wild Tribulus terrestris resources in the fields of beverage industry,food additive,pharmaceutical preparation,fine chemicals and so on.
