摘要
柑橘含有丰富的膳食纤维、蛋白质、脂肪酸、维生素等营养成分,具有非常好的保健功效.综述柑橘的营养组分及保健功效,为柑橘产品及其副产品的开发提供一定的理论依据.
Abstract
Citrus is rich in dietary fiber,protein,fatty acids,vitamins and other nutrients,which makes citrus have a very good health care effect.This paper expounds the nutritional composition and its health care function of citrus,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of citrus products and their by-products.
