The diet of Huizhou people in Qing Dynasty has the structural characteristics of fine grain staple food,supplemented by coarse grains and specialties,and too little animal food intake.In terms of nutrition,the intake of carbohydrates,vitamins and minerals is sufficient,but the intake of animal protein is not enough,and the balance of diet is not achieved.For different social classes,the differentiation of diet and nutrition was more serious.
