摘要

青钱柳叶是一种古老茶饮,也是国家卫生健康委员会认定的新食品原料.青钱柳多糖是青钱柳的主要活性成分之一,具有降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、免疫调节等功能,在食品、医药和生物医学等领域具有广阔的应用前景.综述国内外相关研究,对青钱柳多糖的药理作用、提取工艺及开发应用现状进行归纳和分析,以期为开发高活性青钱柳多糖保健食品和药品提供理论参考.

Abstract

Green willow leaves is an ancient tea and a new food material recognized by the National Health Commission.Polysaccharides of cyclocarya chinensis is one of the main active components of cyclocarya chinensis,which has the functions of lowering blood glucose,lowering blood lipids,anti-oxidation and immune regulation,and has broad application prospects in food,medicine and biomedicine.The pharmacologic effects,extraction technology and development and application status of polysaccharides were summarized and analyzed in this paper,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of health food and medicine with high activity of polysaccharides.
