Status Analysis and Development Trend of Domestic Lujiu Industry
Lujiu is a traditional wine in China,which has both the health value of"food for medicine"and the cultural value of"food and medicine integration".The three core elements of Lujiu,including technology,base and raw materials were briefly introduced.The research progress of Lujiu in body quality,flavor substances and functional components was reviewed.The market status,risk,challenges and development prospects of Lujiu were expounded.Based on the analysis of the present situation of Lujiu industry,the development trend of Lujiu industry was discussed.
