Sources of Phthalic Acid Ester Plasticizer in Fruit Pulp Gummies
In this study,mango pulp gummies,tomato pulp gummies and orange pulp gummies were selected as the research objects.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of raw materials,processing additives,plasticizers(DEHP,DBP)in the production process of fruit pulp gummies,and the migration amount of plasticizers(DEHP,DBP)in the plastic materials directly in contact with the products of each process.The effects of raw materials,processing aids and plastic materials in direct contact with products on the content of phthalate plasticizers in fruit pulp gummies were investigated.
