摘要
食品添加剂的广泛使用在改善食品品质和延长保质期的同时,也引发了健康问题.分析食品添加剂对健康的潜在影响,探讨有效的管理策略.通过加强监管、提倡自然食品、加强教育宣传及开展科学研究,减少食品添加剂对人体健康的负面影响,从而确保食品安全和公众健康.
Abstract
The widespread use of food additives not only improves the quality and shelf life of food,but also causes health problems.This paper analyzed the potential impact of food additives on health and explored effective management strategies.By strengthening supervision,advocating natural food,strengthening education and publicity and carrying out scientific research,the negative impact of food additives on human health can be reduced,thus ensuring food safety and public health.
