摘要
食品添加剂是现代食品工业的重要基础,给人们带来了更好的嗅觉、视觉和味觉享受,同时也给现代食品工业带来了长远的发展.综述食品添加剂的分类、主要功能及存在的问题,展望食品添加剂的发展趋势,为我国食品添加剂的应用提供参考.
Abstract
Food additives are the important foundation of modern food industry.They not only bring people better smell,vision and taste,but also bring long-term development to modern food industry.In this paper,the classification,function and existing problems of food additives are discussed,and the development trend of food additives in the future is prospected to provide a reference for the application of food additives in our country.
