食品安全检测是食品安全与质量控制的重要环节.综述食品安全检测技术及其应用效果,旨在为食品安全检测技术的快速发展以及更好地开展食品安全与质量控制工作提供参考.
Abstract
Food safety inspection is an important part of food safety and quality control.Food safety testing technology and its application effect were reviewed in order to provide reference for the rapid development of food safety testing technology and better food safety and quality control.
