Impact and Countermeasures Related to"De-risking"Policies of American and European Countries and the Security of China's Industrial Chain and Supply Chain
Starting from a comprehensive understanding of the"decoupling"and"de-risk"policies,this paper ex-tracts the evolution trends of the"localization","regionalization"and"complexity"of the global value chain.By means of data processing,in combination with the perspective of added value in trade,it aims at analyzing the substantial impact and threats from"de-risking"for China's industrial chain and supply chain,as well as changes in advantages of China's ex-ports.It emphasizes that the most fragile and weakest link of China's two chains in the process of"de-risk"lies in the high-tech industry.This paper also summarizes and puts forward important countermeasures for China's industrial chain and sup-ply chain to calmly face external challenges and realize"replenishing chain"and"strengthening chain"in the future,which is of great significance for the sustainable and good development of China's dual chains.
