Marx revealed that free and spontaneous labor is the fundamental way to realize the universal happiness of mankind.From the perspective of scientific connotation,Marx constructs the logical premise of the thought of labor happi-ness with"real man"as the theoretical starting point,"criticism of alienated labor"as the core,and"labor liberation"as the value goal,and examines the historical dimension of labor happiness from the three stages of"human dependence","substance-dependence"and"freed and comprehensive development of human beings",with practical,critical and popu-lar theoretical characteristics.Judging from the form of existence,Marx's thought of labor happiness is committed to reali-zing the reconciliation between"human and himself","human and things"and"relationship among people".From the point of view of the contemporary value,Marx's thought of labor happiness provides ideological guidance for the Chinese modernization,provides scientific guidance for the society to strengthen labor education,and provides practical reference for individuals to achieve labor happiness.Therefore,the study of Marx's thought of labor happiness has important theoretical significance and practical value.
