This paper aims to explore the different attitudes and developmental paths of major economies in response to globalization, considering its historical context. It also analyzes the economic costs of globalization and geopolitical econom-ic fragmentation, emphasizing that the development of geopolitical economic fragmentation is unsustainable within the frame-work of the global economic network. In the current context,promoting"re-globalization"emerges as a promising approach to mitigate the challenges posed by geopolitical economic fragmentation.By fostering deeper collaboration in international trade and the global value chain,we aim to address global challenges more effectively. It is important to note that"re-glo-balization"does not equate to unregulated global interactions.China,as a beneficiary and active contributor to globaliza-tion,will play a crucial role in advancing the"re-globalization"process.
