In the first decade of the New Era,through the theoretical innovation,practical innovation and institutional innovation of party building,the system of full and strict governance over the Party has been initially formed,which is of great practical significance for effectively solving the unique problems facing the big party,continuously promoting the new great project of party building,and realizing the mission and task of the party.In the New Era and on the New Journey,we shall further improve the system of full and strict governance over the Party,adhere to the scientific methodology of govern-ance concepts,system concepts,and dialectical thinking,and build a full and strict governance system with systematic,holistic and collaborative features characterized by five dimensions:core system of strengthening the centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee,the structural system of leading all areas of development with political develop-ment,the element system with full coverage of Party organizations and Party members at all levels,the responsibility system for strengthening the main responsibility and supervision responsibility,and the guarantee system of governing the Party with institutions and regulations.
