党内法规的集体主义价值取向,是指党内法规在坚持集体利益和个人利益相统一原则基础上,着重强调集体利益的至上性.秉承集体主义精神的中国共产党远大理想和根本性质、蕴含集体主义原则的马克思主义理论和具有集体主义底色的社会主义基本经济制度,是党内法规集体主义价值取向产生之"源";新民主主义革命时期的初步发展、社会主义革命和建设时期的不断强化、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期的丰富完善,以及中国特色社会主义新时代的赓续升华是党内法规集体主义价值取向的演进之"流";党内法规贯彻的个人利益服从集体利益、局部利益服从整体利益、眼前利益服从长远利益,是集体主义价值取向在党内法规制度展开之"形".
The collectivist value orientation of intra-Party laws and regulations refers to the fact that intra-Party laws and regulations emphasize the supremacy of collective interests on the basis of adhering to the principle of unity of collective interests and individual interests.The lofty ideals and fundamental nature of the Communist Party of China adhering to the spirit of collectivism,the Marxist theory containing the principle of collectivism,and the basic socialist economic system with a collectivist background,these are the"source"of the collectivist value orientation of the intra-Party's laws and regu-lations.The initial development during the New Democratic Revolution period,the continuous reinforcement during the so-cialist revolution and development period,the enrichment and perfection of the new period of reform,opening up and so-cialist modernization,and the continuous sublimation of the New Era of socialism with Chinese characteristics are the"flow"of the evolution of the collectivist value orientation of the intra-Party laws and regulations;the subordination of indi-vidual interests to collective interests,partial interests to overall interests,and immediate interests to long-term interests im-plemented in the intra-Party laws and regulations are the"shape"of the development of the collectivist value orientation of the intra-Party laws and regulations.
