On the"Body-of-State"Paradigm of Chinese State-building and the Union structure:Logic of Constructing National Community
The history of Chinese national community contains the basic setting for the community to unfold its common life,and this setting is expressed in the conditions,goals,principles,and ways of achieving state construction.In China's vast experience and theory of state building,the"body of state"paradigm is a central concept,which embodies the core logic of common construction.The Chinese state structure was built on the main agenda of the body of state,the division of government and the establishment of the people's polarized opinions,which established the basic organizational,institution-al,and cultural structures within the state system.Within the already established paradigm of the state,the state was con-structed on the fundamental principle of mutual maintenance and control,combining a normative logic of restraint with a balanced logic of generation in order to constantly pursue a stable and lasting political order.The application of the princi-ple of mutuality and mutuality in the history of Chinese state construction has shaped the characteristics of Chinese political civilization,provided new disciplinary knowledge for the theory of state construction,and offered a new starting point for the discussion of a number of major issues of political science in comparative perspective.
