摘要

习近平法治思想是马克思主义法治理论中国化时代化的最新理论成果,高校思政课是用党的创新理论培根铸魂的主渠道和主阵地.将习近平法治思想融入高校思政课教学,在助力高校人才培养、丰富思政课教学内容、提升大学生法治素养、促进大学法治文化建设等方面体现了其重大的价值意蕴.从教师主导、学生主体、教学内容"三重维度"出发,探索习近平法治思想融入思政课的契合点,形成纵向递进、横向协同、德法兼修的育人格局,把教学实效落到实处.

Abstract

Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law is the latest theoretical achievement of the sinicization of Marxist rule of law theory.The ideological and political course in colleges is the main channel and main position to use the party's innovative theory to cultivate the soul.Integrating Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law into the teaching of ideological and political courses reflects its great value in helping the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,enriching the teaching content of ideological and political courses,improving the legal literacy of college students,and promoting the construction of legal culture in colleges and universities.Starting from the"three dimensions"of teacher-led,student-centered and teaching content,this paper explores the convergence point of the deep integration of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law into the ideological and political course,forms the educational pattern of vertical progression,horizontal coordination,and the combination of morality and law,and puts the teaching effect into practice.
