The Talent Cultivation Strategy for Supporting the High-standard Construction of the Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone in Technical Russian Translation
Since the establishment of the Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone in 2019,the demand for talents in techinical Russian translation in Heilongjiang Province has been increasing.Higher education institutions,as the main departments for cultivating talents for international communication and cooperation,have achieved relatively insufficient results in the cultivation of talents in technical Russian translation,which has become one of the important factors affecting the development of the Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone.Based on two surveys,this study objectively presents the current situation of the demand for and cultivation of talents in technical Russian translation in the Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone,providing necessary data support for further analysis of talent cultivation strategies.The research results indicate that the collaborative and compound talent cultivation models have important reference significance for the cultivation of talents in technical Russian translation.Higher education institutions should strengthen the construction of teaching materials related to technical Russian translation by combining their respective advantages in specialty characteristics.
