高校一流课程的建设目标与实践效能

摘要
一流课程建设是提高普通本科教育教学质量和水平的重大改革举措,明确其建设目标与效能是课程建设成功的首要前提.实践表明,一流课程的建设目标必须定位于思想信念、结构体系、质量追求、应用匹配、管理设计等方面,建设效能必须满足形式多样性、全面创新性、技术先进性、立德树人性、示范共享性、融合发展性、管理高效性,才能确保课程建设方向明确、道路正确、措施得力,取得理想的成效.
Abstract
The construction of first-class curriculum is an important reform measure to improve the teaching quality and level of general undergraduate education.Practice shows that the goal of first-class curriculum construction must be located in the ideological belief,structural system,quality pursuit,application matching,management design and so on.The construction efficiency must meet the requirements of diversified forms,comprehensive innovation,advanced technology,virtue and humanity,demonstration and sharing,integration and development,and efficient management.Only in this way can we ensure that the course construction has a clear direction,a correct path,effective measures and ideal results.
