Analysis of Influencing Factors of College Graduates' Employment Quality Based on Ordered Logit Model
Currently,addressing the difficulties in employment for college graduates and improving the quality of employment have become a focal point of concern for various sectors of society.Building upon existing domestic and international research,this paper draws on previous research findings.It employs a questionnaire survey method to collect relevant sample data and utilizes statistical techniques such as binary logistic,OLS(Ordinary Least Squares),and ordered logit to conduct regression analysis on factors influencing the choice of employment location,initial salary levels,and job search outcomes.Based on this analysis,a structural equation model is constructed to delve into the factors affecting the employment quality of college graduate samples.The paper concludes with targeted strategies aimed at effectively enhancing the employment quality of college graduates.
