A Study on the Impact of Cultural Intelligence of University Teachers on Teaching Innovation
In the context of high-quality economic development and digitalization in the country,society needs a large number of new talents to serve digital transformation and high-quality development.Universities are the cradle of talent cultivation and play an important role in talent cultivation.With the development of new concepts and digital technology,traditional teaching models in universities can no longer meet the needs of talent cultivation in the new era,and teaching innovation for university teachers is imperative.This article mainly studies the impact of cross-cultural management ability traits of university teachers on teaching innovation.Based on social learning theory,it analyzes the impact of cultural intelligence,a cross-cultural management ability indicator,on teaching innovation of teachers.At the same time,knowledge sharing is added as a mediating variable to establish a theoretical model.The research conclusion is that the cultural intelligence of university teachers has a positive impact on teaching innovation,and knowledge sharing plays a mediating role.The research conclusion has certain practical guidance significance for the cultural construction,institutional construction,teacher training,and performance evaluation of universities.
