摘要

情绪复杂性是个人情感的一种属性,获得感是源于生活的一种正向心理体验感,拥有积极的情绪与丰富的获得感能保证高校辅导员群体的相对稳定性.探究学生层人际信任在高校辅导员情绪复杂性与获得感的关系中是否起到作用,是一种对实践育人的积极探索,有益于高校辅导员自觉地承担使命和担当,做好学生工作.重视辅导员自身的探索与学生层面的关系,有助于减少辅导员在面对学生时产生的"重知轻情"的倾向,促进"情知并茂"的形成.

Abstract

Emotional complexity is a personal attribute of emotions,while a sense of achievement is a positive psychological experience derived from life.Possessing positive emotions and a rich sense of achievement can ensure the relative stability of the university counselor group.Exploring whether interpersonal trust at the student level plays a role in the relationship between emotional complexity and sense of achievement among university counselors is a positive exploration of practical education.It is beneficial for university counselors to consciously fulfill their mission and responsibilities and perform student affairs well.Emphasizing the exploration of counselors themselves and their relationship with students helps reduce the tendency of counselors to prioritize knowledge over emotions when facing students and promotes the formation of a harmonious blend of emotion and knowledge.
