工程教育专业认证背景下,城轨交通车辆工程专业对学生的专业知识、学科能力、综合素养提出了全新要求,如何通过教学改革与策略研究强化教学活动、推动人才培养,就成了高校教师关注的课题.本文从基于工程教育专业认证的城轨交通车辆工程教学改革出发,综合教学原则设计、考评体系设计、教学目标设计与教学策略设计四个维度,深入探讨教学改革的整体形式,并以上述内容为基础结合教学实例阐明知识梯度设计、课堂内部循环、实践能力优化等教学改革的具体手段,以期为教育工作者相关教学研究的实际开展提供信息参考.
Against the backdrop of engineering education professional certification,urban rail transit vehicle engineering imposes new requirements on students'professional knowledge,disciplinary abilities,and comprehensive qualities.How to strengthen teaching activities and promote talent cultivation through teaching reform and strategic research has become a focus for university teachers.This paper starts from the perspective of the reform of urban rail transit vehicle engineering teaching based on engineering education professional certification,comprehensively discusses the overall form of teaching reform from four dimensions:design of teaching principles,design of evaluation system,design of teaching objectives,and design of teaching strategies.Building on the aforementioned content,it combines teaching examples to elucidate specific means of teaching reform such as knowledge gradient design,internal classroom loop,and optimization of practical abilities,aiming to provide information reference for the practical implementation of teaching research for educational workers.
