摘要

办好高等教育,事关国家发展与民族未来.本研究基于"国之大者"的深刻意蕴,剖析当前高校育人实际工作中的某些困境及其成因,进而提出以学生成长为中心、以"知识宽厚、能力卓越、素质全面、人格健全"为目标、以"课程育人、实践育人、服务育人、文化育人"为路径的育人工作新体系,以期提高新时代育人质量与成效.

Abstract

A good level of higher education is crucial to the future development of any nation.Based on the profound significance of"The Top Priorities of the Country",this study identifies some difficulties in the current practical work of university education and their causes,while proposing a new system of education centered on students'growth,with a view to"broad knowledge,excellent abilities,comprehensive qualities,and sound personality".By taking the"curriculum-,practice-,service-,and culture-based education"as a path,this study is expected to improve the quality and effectiveness of education in the new era.
