A Study on the Value,Challenges,and Pathways of Building a"One Stop"Student Community in Universities
In recent years,the Ministry of Education has promoted the construction of a"one-stop"comprehensive management model for student communities,which has become an important lever and practical path for the reform of student management models under the current governance system of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.Currently,domestic universities are actively responding to the spirit of the Ministry of Education's"one-stop"student community construction and actively promoting the construction of"one-stop"student communities.However,in the development process,it is still found that there are practical problems such as insufficient consensus,weak construction synergy,incomplete construction functions,and ineffective construction results.Faced with the challenge of building a"one-stop"student community,it is necessary to improve the top-level design on the basis of existing development,reach development consensus,practice development principles,continuously promote the tilt of educational resources,forces,and policies towards student community construction,and promote the high-quality development of"one-stop"student communities through a series of activities and education.
