大学生志愿服务活动是实践育人的重要环节,也是思想政治教育的重要途径之一.当前高校在第二课堂中设置志愿服务活动专项模块,目的是在志愿服务活动中提升大学生的创新意识、实践能力和社会责任感.目前大学生志愿服务活动存在的问题:活动动机不明,价值观功利化;团队管理不规范,制度不完善;活动内容不够丰富,创新意识不强;稳定性不足,服务延续性低.大学生志愿服务的完善与创新需要在以下方向发力:加强思想引领,端正大学生志愿服务动机;完善志愿服务制度,保障志愿者权益;创新志愿服务模式,打造志愿服务品牌;将志愿服务融入校园文化建设,发挥实践育人作用;深入推进校企合作,助力志愿服务发展.
Abstract
College student volunteer service activities are an important part of practical education and also one of the important avenues for ideological and political education.Currently,universities have established special modules for volunteer service activities in the extracurricular curriculum,aiming to enhance college students'innovative consciousness,practical abilities,and sense of social responsibility through volunteer service activities.The problems existing in college student volunteer service activities currently include unclear motives,utilitarian values,inadequate team management and imperfect systems,insufficiently diverse activity content,weak innovative consciousness,and insufficient stability resulting in low service continuity.The improvement and innovation of college student volunteer service need to focus on the following directions:strengthening ideological guidance to rectify the motives of college student volunteer service;perfecting volunteer service systems to safeguard the rights and interests of volunteers;innovating volunteer service models to build volunteer service brands;integrating volunteer service into campus cultural construction to play a role in practical education;and deepening cooperation between universities and enterprises to promote the development of volunteer service.
