摘要

"双高计划"是我国在构建具有中国特色的高等职业技术学校和专业体系的背景下提出来的.为适应新形势下高职教育发展的需要,高职院校必须进行全方位的提升.在"双高计划"背景下,教学管理团队也应该充分发挥自己的作用,走专业化发展之路,培养高素质、高水平的教学管理人才,为"双高计划"的实施和高职教育事业的可持续发展提供有力的保障.要想有效地为我国高质量人才的培养提供有力的支持,推动高校管理和内涵建设,就需要充分利用好双高计划背景,对教学管理团队实施高质量内涵式改造.

Abstract

"Double high Plan"is put forward on the basis of constructing the higher vocational and technical schools and professional system with Chinese characteristics.In order to meet the needs of the development of higher vocational education under the new situation,higher vocational colleges must carry out all-round promotion.Under the background of the"Double high Plan",the teaching management team should also give full play to its role and value,take the road of professional development,train high-quality and high-level teaching management talents,and provide a strong guarantee for the implementation of the"double high Plan"and the sustainable development of higher vocational education.In order to effectively provide strong support for the"highland"construction of high-quality talents training in our country and promote the overall improvement of university management and connotation construction,we need to make full use of the background of double-high plan and implement high-quality connotation transformation of teaching management team.
