叙事疗法与大学生心理健康课程的价值旨归高度契合.基于叙事疗法的大学生心理健康课程教学以学生的自我叙事为主要内容载体,学生围绕课程某个主题,叙说自己的亲历故事,并以此展开教学.在教学形式上,主要通过外化、解构、改写帮助学生合理看待心理问题、寻找发现例外故事、发展重构自我认同;在作业形式上,要求学生撰写具有成长意义的心理故事,实现对人生哲理或生活真谛的体会领悟、对亲情友情爱情等情感关系的理解释然、对过往成长经历中心理固着或创伤事件的改写重构.
Abstract
The viewpoint and method of narrative therapy are highly consistent with the value orientation of college students'mental health courses.The mental health course of college students based on narrative therapy takes the students'self-narrative as the main content carrier,allowing the students to tell their own experiences around a certain theme of the course,and then carry out the teaching based on it.In terms of teaching skills,externalization,deconstruction,rewriting and other techniques are mainly used to help students look at psychological problems reasonably,find exception stories,and develop and reconstruct self-identity.In the form of homework,students are required to write psychological stories with growth significance to realize the understanding of life philosophy or true meaning of life.The understanding and relief of family,friendship,love and other emotional relationships;The rewriting and reconstruction of traumatic events or mental fixations in the past.
