摘要
高校思想政治教育是培养大学生优良思想道德品质和政治理念的重要路径,是关系高校育人目标能否顺利实现的关键因素.微时代背景下,高校思想政治教育应积极顺应时代潮流,不断创新教育理念和教学模式,提高思想政治教育的实效性,满足当代大学生思想政治教育的实际需求.在思政课程中充分应用微课堂这一新兴教学模式,转变了传统思政课堂模式,为思想政治教育改革和创新助力,为实现思想政治教育目标做出了积极贡献.基于此,当前社会背景下,如何借助微课堂的便利条件创新大学生思想政治教育方式成为每个高校需要关注的重要课题.本文详细阐述了微时代背景下大学生思想政治教育存在的一些弊端,针对这些问题提出了创新思政课微课堂的教育教学理念;加强思政课微课堂设计和内容开发;整合多方面思政课微课堂教学资源以及打造高素质高水平的思政教师队伍等方法,发挥思政课微课堂在当代大学生思想政治教育中的价值.
Abstract
Ideological and political education in universities is an important path to cultivate excellent ideological and moral qualities and political concepts among college students,and is a key factor affecting the smooth implementation of university education.In the current micro era,ideological and political education in universities should actively comply with the trend of the times,continuously innovate educational concepts and teaching models,in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and meet the actual needs of contemporary college students'ideological and political education.Especially in the ideological and political curriculum,the full application of the emerging teaching mode of micro classroom has completely changed the traditional ideological and political classroom mode,provided effective assistance for the reform and innovation of ideological and political education,and made positive contributions to achieving the goals of ideological and political education.Based on this,in the current social context,how to innovate the ideological and political education methods for college students with the convenience of"micro classrooms"has become an important issue that every university needs to pay attention to.This article elaborates on some drawbacks of ideological and political education for college students in the context of the micro era,and proposes innovative educational teaching concepts for ideological and political courses in the micro classroom to address these issues;Strengthen the design and content development of micro classrooms for ideological and political courses;Integrating various ideological and political micro classroom teaching resources and building a high-quality and high-level team of ideological and political teachers to enhance the application of ideological and political micro classrooms in contemporary college students'ideological and political education.
