文章探讨了地方高校在产教融合背景下的人才培养模式改革,分析了产教融合对地方高校人才培养的意义和人才培养模式改革的核心要素,并提出了一系列具体的改革措施,包括课程体系、实践教学环节、师资队伍建设及学生评价机制等方面的改革,促进地方高校人才培养质量的提升,旨在为我国地方高校人才培养改革提供理论支持和实践借鉴,为区域经济发展提供智力支持.
Abstract
The article discusses the reform of talent cultivation models in local universities under the background of industry-education integration.It analyzes the significance of industry-education integration for talent cultivation in local universities and the core elements of reforming talent cultivation models.The article proposes a series of specific reform measures,including reforms in curriculum systems,practical teaching components,faculty development,and student assessment mechanisms.These reforms aim to enhance the quality of talent cultivation in local universities,providing theoretical support and practical references for talent cultivation reforms in local universities in China,and offering intellectual support for regional economic development.
