政产学研用协同育人模式下金融专业硕士培养探索与实践

摘要
推动高质量发展要坚持"人才是第一资源"理念,社会经济的发展需要有与之相适应的专业人才作为支撑,故探索金融专业硕士研究生创新培养体系是满足新时代对金融专业人才需求的重要内容与实践."政产学研用"的协同培养采取资源共享、优势互补、跨界融合的方式,有助于走出传统培养模式的困境,提升金融专业学位研究生的综合素质,培养出适应我国经济转型和金融业发展的复合型、应用型以及创新型的专业学位研究生.文章剖析了金融专业学位研究生培养的现状、困境,并在此基础上探索了政产学研用融合金融专业学位研究生培养实施路径,为多元主体协同育人机制更好地创新发展提供一定的理论借鉴.
Abstract
To promote high-quality development,it is necessary to adhere to the concept of"talent is the first resource",and the development of social economy needs to be supported by appropriate professional talents.Therefore,exploring the innovative cultivation system for master's degree students in finance is an important content and practice to meet the demand for financial professionals in the new era.The collaborative cultivation mode of"government,industry,academia,research and application",through the sharing of resources,complementary advantages and cross-border integration,helps to get out of the dilemma of the traditional cultivation mode,improve the comprehensive quality of postgraduates in finance,and cultivate composite,application-oriented and innovative postgraduates in finance that can adapt to China's economic transformation and the development of the financial industry.The article analyzes the current situation and dilemmas of the postgraduate degree training in finance,and explores the implementation path of the integration of government,industry,academia,research and application in the postgraduate degree training in finance on this basis,so as to provide some theoretical reference for the better innovation and development of the cooperative education mechanism of multiple subjects.
