随着数字技术不断创新发展并逐步融入教育领域,数据驱动教学的时代已经到来.高等教育作为彰显国家发展水平与发展潜力的重要标志,必须发挥带头作用,高等教育数字化转型势在必行.美国的高等教育数字化转型已有多年历史,积累了丰富的理论成果与实践经验.通过对美国的政策制度、财力人力、师资质量、数字安全、数字基础设施和教育资源五个层面的保障机制进行系统梳理,可以对我国的高等教育数字化转型提供有益的启示和借鉴.
Abstract
With the continuous innovation and development of digital technology and gradually integrated into the field of education,the era of data-driven teaching has arrived.As an important symbol of national development level and potential,higher education must play a leading role.The digital transformation of American higher education has been going on for many years,and has accumulated abundant theoretical achievements and practical experience.By systematically combing the guarantee mechanism in the United States from five levels:policy system,financial and human resources,teacher quality,digital security,digital infrastructure and educational resources,valuable insights and references can be provided for the digital transformation of higher education in China.
