高校研究生教务管理者的角色定位与专业发展研究

高校研究生教务是高校教育管理的重要组成部分,教务管理者在当今时代的教育体系中扮演着至关重要的角色。本文围绕高校研究生教务管理者的角色定位与专业发展展开讨论,文章首先对高校研究生教务管理以及教务管理者的职责进行简单介绍,然后从我国高校研究生教务的实际情况出发,根据高校研究生教务管理者的职责特性,从研究生培养主导者、教学管理者、学术研究支持者、职业发展导师等四个方面对其角色定位展开论述,然后通过对当前高校研究生教务工作实际问题的分析,提出创新教务管理者工作模式、加强教务管理者专业素养培养、完善专业发展路径与机制建设、为研究生教务管理者提供专业发展条件保障等四个高校研究生教务管理者专业发展的策略。
Research on the Role Orientation and Professional Development of Graduate Educational Administrators in Universities
Educational administration for graduate students in colleges and universities is an important part of educational management,and educational administrators play a vital role in the educational system of today's era.This paper discusses the role orientation and professional development of graduate educational administrators in colleges and universities.At first,the article briefly introduces the graduate educational administration and the responsibilities of the educational administrators.Then,from the actual situation of graduate educational administration in China,according to the characteristics of the responsibilities of graduate educational administrators in colleges and universities,it discusses their role orientation from four aspects:graduate training leader,teaching administrator,academic research supporter and career development tutor.Then,through the analysis of the practical problems in the current educational administration for graduate students in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward four strategies for the professional development of graduate educational administrators in colleges and universities,such as innovating the working mode of educational administrators,strengthening the professional quality training of educational administrators,perfecting the professional development path and mechanism construction,and providing professional development conditions for graduate educational administrators.I hope this paper can provide some ideas for the theoretical and practical research of postgraduate educational administration in colleges and universities.
