大学教师在历史发展过程中形成了不同的身份标识,每种身份标识都蕴含着不同内涵,从道德圣人的修身养性、齐家治国平天下,到知识分子的救亡图存、学术救国、陶熔人格和为人民服务,再到普通人的经济上谋求名利、政治上学而优则仕、文化上因循守旧和专业上工具理性,大学教师"道德人"身份逐渐消解.在新时代背景下,我们需要通过经济上追求自身利益,不损他人利益;政治上坚持社会正义,履行道德责任;文化上既有渊博学识,又有文化修养;专业上既有学术追求,又有道德良知四方面实现自我提升.
In the course of historical development,university teachers have formed different identities,each of which contains different connotations,from moral saints'self-cultivation and ruling the country and leveling the world,intellectuals'saving the nation,academic saving the country,cultivating personality and serving the people to ordinary people's economic pursuit of fame and wealth,political education and excellence,cultural conformism and professional tool rationality.The identity of university teachers as"moral people"is gradually disappearing.Under the background of the new era,we need to pursue self-interest economically without harming others,uphold social justice politically while fulfilling moral responsibilities,possess both extensive knowledge and cultural literacy culturally,and maintain both academic aspirations and moral conscience professionally to achieve self-improvement.
