劳动教育融入工科院校人才培养是新工科人才培养的现实需求。通过考察某工科大学的实施现状发现,高校大学生劳动教育形成了较为系统的理论和实践体系,开拓了较为丰富的劳动教育资源,在提升大学生劳动教育的价值认同上作用明显,但在具体实施过程中存在形式化,评价方式忽视对学生个性化的考虑,以及专业资源的分布、利用和实际效用差距明显等问题。为充分发挥劳动教育在工科人才培养中的优势,高校应在融合专业课程、内容形式评价创新,以及在校内外劳动教育项目平台搭建,校园文化建设等方面完善劳动教育融入高校人才培养的实践机制。
Exploration of the Path of Integrating Labor Education into the Entire Process of Talent Cultivation——Analysis Based on the Current Implementation Status of a Certain Engineering University
The integration of labor education into the talent cultivation of engineering colleges is a practical need for the cultivation of new engineering talents.Through the implementation status of a certain engineering university,it was found that labor education for college students has formed a relatively systematic theoretical and practical system,opened up rich labor education resources,and played a significant role in enhancing the value recognition of labor education for college students.However,in the specific implementation process,there are problems such as formalism,neglect of personalized consideration for students in evaluation methods,and significant differences in the distribution,utilization,and actual utility of professional resources.In order to fully leverage the advantages of labor education in the cultivation of engineering talents,universities should improve the practical mechanism of integrating labor education into talent cultivation by integrating professional courses,innovating content and form evaluation,and building labor education project platforms both on and off campus,as well as campus culture construction.
