发展交通运输领域新质生产力的内在逻辑、作用机理与推进路径

摘要
以新质生产力推动交通运输高质量发展是理论演进、技术变革、宏观要求和行业转型等共同的方向,在逻辑上有其必然性.通过分析交通运输与新质生产力的作用机理,认为发展交通运输领域新质生产力与加快建设交通强国、构建现代综合交通运输体系一脉相承,是交通运输高质量发展途径、方法的呈现形式,交通运输对于其他领域新质生产力培育也有很大的助力.新质生产力在交通运输领域的表现形式有交通运输新技术(新动能)、新模式(新业态)、新产业等三种.结合新质生产力对劳动者、生产资料和劳动对象的新要求,从人才、技术、产业和市场等角度研究并提出了交通运输领域新质生产力的推进路径,为发展交通运输领域新质生产力、推动交通运输高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
New quality productive forces of transportation is the result of theoretical evolution,technologi-cal transformation,macro requirements,and industry transformation,the formation of which has its logical inevitability.By analyzing the mechanism of the interaction between transportation and new quality produc-tive forces,it is believed that the development of new quality productivite forces in transportation is in line with accelerating the building of a strong transportation country and constructing a modern comprehensive transportation system.It is a form of presentation of the high-quality development paths and methods of transportation,and transportation also has a strong promoting effect on the cultivation of new quali-ty productive forces in other fields.There are three forms of new quality productive forces in transpor-tation including new technology(new momentum),new models(new business forms),and new indus-tries.Combining the new requirements of new quality productive forces for workers,means of produc-tion,and objects of labor,the paper studies and proposes the promotion path of new quality productive forces in transportation from the perspectives of talent,technology,industry,and market,providing ref-erence and guidance for the development of new quality productive forces in transportation and the promotion of high-quality development of transportation.
