交通基建产业的智能建造体系实施路径与创新应用

为推进新一代数字技术与基础设施建设业务深度融合,推动交通基建产业的智能化转型,以产业链数据贯通和生产智能化为核心目标,提出一种交通基建产业的智能建造体系。首先,对智能建造体系的内涵及新一代信息技术进行了介绍。然后,提出一套交通基建产业智能建造的实施路径,从全过程数据传递、全参与方数据协同、全要素数据流转推动产业链数据贯通,通过工程结构标准化设计、基础材料工厂化生产、预制结构装配化制造、现场实施装备化覆盖及工程装备数字化改造实现生产智能化。最后,结合基础设施建设企业的工程实践,探讨了智能建造体系在项目建设上的创新应用,并为企业开展智能建造体系建设提出发展建议。
Implementation Path and Innovative Application of Intelligent Construction System in Transportation Infrastructure Industry
To facilitate the deep integration of next-generation digital technologies with infrastructure con-struction,and to drive the intelligent transformation of the transportation infrastructure industry,this paper proposes an intelligent construction system for the transportation infrastructure industry with the core objectives of industrial chain data coherence and production intelligence.Firstly,the meaning of intel-ligent construction systems and the new generation of information technology are introduced.Subse-quently,an implementation path of intelligent construction in transportation infrastructure industry is proposed,which promotes the data connectivity of the industrial chain from whole process data trans-mission,full participant data collaboration and all elements data circulation.Production intelligence is realized through the standardized design of engineering structures,the industrialized production of ba-sic materials,the assembly manufacturing of prefabricated structures,the on-site implementation of equipment coverage and the digitalization of engineering equipment.Finally,combined with the engi-neering practice of infrastructure construction enterprises,the paper discusses the innovative applica-tion of intelligent construction system in project construction and offers some developed suggestions for enterprises to carry out the construction of intelligent construction system.
