Evaluation of Urban Conventional Bus Capacity Allocation Level Based on Rough Set Cloud Model
In order to optimize and improve the multi-level comprehensive evaluation index system and its level standards for the allocation of urban conventional bus capacity,and to scientifically evaluate the level of conventional bus capacity allocation,based on rough set cloud model,an evaluation model for the level of urban conventional bus capacity allocation was proposed.Firstly,based on rough set theory,the indica-tor system was screened and a corresponding level standard for the indicator system was matched.Then,the CRITIC(Criteria Importance Though Intercriteria Correlation)method was selected to weight the indicators,the algorithm of cloud model was used to generate evaluation criteria cloud and result cloud,and the evaluation results were visually displayed through the digital features and cloud imag-es.Finally,the model was validated via using 144 conventional bus routes in the main urban area of Qingdao as an example.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation level of the target lay-er of the capacity allocation of 144 conventional buses in the main urban area of Qingdao was"medi-um",and 60%of the sub target layers(bus passenger flow level,bus route level,bus route departure level,bus operation level,bus technology level)had a evaluation level of"medium"or above,which was in line with the current characteristics of the regular bus capacity allocation level in the main ur-ban area of Qingdao on the whole.The research shows that this model can achieve a comprehensive evaluation of urban conventional bus capacity allocation,which can provide reference for the con-struction of evaluation systems and models for urban conventional bus capacity allocation.
