Influencing Factors and Calculation of Downward Space for Logistics Costs in the Whole Society
In order to provide theoretical support for effectively reducing the logistics costs in the whole society and supporting the government's precise policy implementation, firstly, based on a deep analysis of logistics cost methods and measurement indicators, the impact and trend of factors such as industrial struc-ture,product value, supply and demand distribution, circulation rate, and transportation efficiency were sys-tematically analyzed. Then, regarding the ratio of total social logistics costs to GDP as a measurement indicator,an regression prediction model was established based on five key parametres:the proportion of related industries, industrial added value rate, average transportation distance, inventory turnover days, and the proportation of highway freight tumover volume. The contribution of each influencing factor was predicted and analyzed from 2024 to 2030.The results show that in 2030,the ratio of total logistics cost to GDP will drop to 12.36%.From 2024 to 2030,the contribution of proportion of relat-ed industries will fluctuate from 20.9%to-0.48%,the contribution of industrial added value rate will continue to increase from 47.91%to 78.39%,the contribution of inventory turnover days will increase slightly from 9.86%to about 11.17%,and the contribution of average transportation distance will con-tinue to decrease from 33.49%to 7.59%.The contribution of highway turnover volume will increase steadily from-12.15%to 3.33%.Finally,based on the calculation results, this paper put forward sug-gestions for promoting the integration of transportation and logistics into the modern industrial system, promoting the empowerment of new quality productivity, optimizing the layout of transportation infra-structure and major productivity, leading the construction of a modern circulation system, optimizing the adjustment of transportation structure and promoting the development of multimodal transport,so as to provide support for the sustainable and healthy development of China's transportation and logis-tics industry.
