Strength Analysis and Lightweight Research on Isolation Transformer Cabinet of EMU
The structural strength analysis is carried out on the underside hanging isolation transformer cabinet of EMUS.The finite element model of the isolation transformer cabinet is established by using the Hypermesh software.And the static strength analysis conditions and fatigue strength analysis conditions of the cabinet are determined according to EN 12663-2010 standard.The static strength of the cabinet body is evaluated according to the von Mises standard,and the fatigue strength of the cabinet body is evaluated according to the FKM standard.The calibration results show that the cabinet strength margin is large.On the basis of the calibration results,taking the plate thickness of the main part of the cabinet skeleton as the design variable,the strength as the constraint condition,and the weight of the whole cabinet as the optimization objective,the Kringing method is used to construct an isolation transformer cabinet agent model,and the global response algorithm is used to conduct the optimization iteration of the agent model.The optimization results show that when the static strength,fatigue strength and stiffness requirements of the cabinet are met,the cabinet weight is reduced by 17%.The optimization effect is obvious,which verifies the feasibility of the optimization method.
