管式分离机多数机型需要停机后进行人工卸料,多数管式分离机制动是切断电源后再停车,存在停机时间较长的问题.为进一步提高管式分离机的分离效率,对管式分离机的制动装置进行探讨.阐述了离心机的机械制动、电磁制动、液压制动、液力制动和变频制动等方式,分析了各种制动装置在管式分离机上的应用可能性及其应用状况.为实现连续生产降低人工成本、避免对管式分离机机体的拆卸,可通过自动卸料装置的研制,来解决频繁停机后需人工卸料的问题.
A Brief Analysis on Braking Device of Tubular Separator
Most tubular separator models need to be manually unloaded after shutdown,and the braking process is to cut off the power before shutdown,which causes a problem of long shutdown time.In order to further improve the separation efficiency of the tubular separator,the braking device of the tubular separator is discussed in this paper.The mechanical braking,electromagnetic braking,hydraulic braking,hydraulic brake,and variable frequency braking of the centrifuge are expounded.In addition,the application possibility and application status of various braking devices on the tubular separator are analyzed.In order to keep continuous production to reduce the labor cost and avoid the disassemble of the body of the tubular separator,the problem of manual unloading after frequent shutdown can be solved by the development of the automatic unloading device.
