Construction and Application of Knowledge Push System for High-Speed Train's Bogie Variant Design
Variant design is one of the key technologies to realize the customization design of high-speed train's bogies.In view of the lack of effective knowledge management and reuse methods in the process of variant design of high-speed train's bogies,which affects the efficiency and quality of bogie design,the construction and application framework of knowledge push system for variant design of high-speed train's bogies is proposed.The variant design knowledge of high-speed train's bogies is analyzed,and the structured expression and storage of variant design knowledge of bogies is realized by using knowledge graph technology.Based on this,a knowledge reasoning technology combining knowledge graph embedding and path reasoning is proposed to match and screen the design knowledge associated with the current bogie variant design activities.The knowledge push system for variant design of high-speed train's bogie is developed to realize the active push of knowledge embedded in design activities.And through the case study on the variant design of high-speed train's frame,it is verified that the system can provide an integrated knowledge support environment for designers,which has certain feasibility and engineering application value.
