Research on Simulation of Integral Tower Erection Technology Based on Heavy-Lift Airship
In the construction of transmission towers, the suspension tower erection and the whole lifting tower erection are the two main tower formation methods widely used. However, there are problems such as the risk of personnel working at high altitudes and the inability of transporting large heavy equipment to the construction sites in mountainous areas. In order to avoid these problems, this paper puts forward an integral tower erection scheme based on heavy-lift airship. After the assembly of the entire transmission tower on the ground, the heavy-lift airship is used to provide traction to rotate the transmission tower along the articulated structure until it is erected. In the process of tower erection, three simulation schemes are conducted according to how the traction mode, the flight speed and the included angle between the traction force and the tower affect the tower's stress and deformation. It is found that the integral tower erection technique is safe and reliable, mitigating the risks of high-altitude work and enabling the transportation of large heavy equipment to mountainous construction sites.
