Dynamic Performance Analysis of Suspended Monorail Train
The suspended monorail train has developed rapidly in China in recent years.Considering that most of the existing research results focus on the simulation of the dynamic performance of the suspended monorail, based on the measured data of the line, this paper investigates how the vehicle load factors(AW0,AW3)and the suspension state factors(normal suspension, air spring loss)affects the sawing and the whole line test conducted on straight and curved lines at various speeds..The results show that under the conditions of AW0 and AW3,when operating on the straight line, large curve and small curve line within the test speed range, the horizontal and vertical stability indexes and the comfort indexes meet the standard requirements.Under the fault conditions of AW0 and AW3 air springs, when the vehicle runs with air spring loss, the vertical stability index deteriorates, but it can run at a limited speed. The maximum dynamic loads of the vertical force of the running wheel, the lateral force of the guide wheel and the lateral force of the stabilizing wheel are all within the limit load range maintaining a certain safety margin to ensure safe operation.
