Design of an Indoor Pipeline Valve Handling and Installation Equipment
In this study,a pipe valve handling and installation device for complex indoor environments in factories is designed.The device can handle different sizes and types of pipe valves and assist with the installation in special environments.Solutions for the following three problems are proposed:to overcome the complex indoor environment,a comprehensive mobile chassis in Mecanum wheel sets with auxiliary obstacle-crossing wheels is designed to improve the obstacle-crossing ability of the device;to adapt to the narrow indoor space and the special installation position of the pipe valve,a lifting mechanism consisted of vertical and horizontal lifting mechanism is designed,which ensures the compactness of the device structure and expands the working range of the device;to adapt to the clamping of different types of valves,a new end clamping mechanism is proposed,which allows quick switch of the clamping modes and size adjustments,as well as the fine-tuning of the pipe valve postures to achieve precise installation.The ANSYS software is used to perform the static analysis on the end clamping mechanism and validates the strength.And the analysis of the installation accuracy and overturning resistance verifies the feasibility and stability of the device.
